CEO Grant T. Goad is a 15-year media and entertainment industry professional. In 2004 he co-founded the first bilingual Latin music digital download service, MisRolas.com, and as the company's CEO oversaw it's funding and launch in the U.S. and Mexico.

During his tenure he signed licensing agreements with numerous music labels and content aggregators, and ran successful promotional campaigns with major consumer brands such as Hershey's, SonyStyle, and Café Ole/Sigma Alimentos.

Prior to founding MisRolas.com, Grant was a music producer and artist manager, and worked with some of the biggest names in Latin music. He earned his B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

EVP and GM LATAM, Mauricio Delgado has extensive experience in the Internet and mobile entertainment markets in Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Delgado was one of the founders of MisRolas.com, and managed its launch and operations in Mexico and Latin America.

Mr. Delgado was also a partner at Latino Mobile, S.A., one of the top BREW developers in Mexico. At Latino Mobile he oversaw the development and launch of a number of entertainment focused applications on Latin American mobile operators.

Previously, Mr. Delgado was the head of streaming media production for the pioneering Latin American Internet portal Star Media's Mexico City office.
